We use only the best and most fresh ingredients availble, taking the time to make our own Pesto, Mushroom Bolognesse, and Demi Glace.  We provide quality, fresh-cooked meals in our warm and casual dining room. Pavz have recieved some notirity for not only Pavz creative entree's, but for our D'Anjou Pear Crepe as well. Look for us on the PBS program Culinary Travels with Dave Echart.
